Our patio is shaded in the morning, which makes it a perfect spot for Cole to play with chalk. Most weekend mornings Cole will go outside on his own and start coloring. He usually fills up most of the space, and Nick will (almost daily) wash in off with the hose. I figured if I don't take pictures, I won't have any records of this type of artwork. I thought these looked like fossils. I'm not sure what they are...but I'm sure Cole has a lengthy explanation:-) Notice the purple letters (an S and upside down T). He was trying to label his drawing.
