Our Trip to Disney

Well, we had a blast...although we would have like warmer weather:-(  Cole was a trooper the whole time.  He didn't  mind all the time he spent in the stroller and he put up with the late nights.  We eventually started ordering pizza to our room because sleepy boys in restaurants are not a whole lot of fun:-)  On our second night, we were out late (late for Cole, early for others) eating dinner.  I kept feeding him crackers to keep him happy...finally, I realized that he was probably more tired than hungry...I gave him his pacifier and next thing we knew, he is laying with his head on the table and his eyes closed!  We visited all four parks, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom--in this order.  Why this order?  Well, Hollywood and Epcot were accessible by boat from our hotel, since I had meetings on Wed and Fri and since we discovered that one adult could NOT navigate a bus w/ a stroller, that meant Nick and Cole had to stick with the boat which allowed the stroller to be rolled right on to it and off of it.  We were back at the hotel every day from about 11 to 3 between lunch and Cole's nap time...when he did fall asleep!  On our last day, we were exhausted, we came home for a nap and Cole, who had slept in the stroller, played quietly in his crib for 21/2 hours!!

We never waited in line for more than 10 minutes--we took advantage of the child swap and fast past options.  We also took our time going through the parks.  Each park had a play area/maze/playground of some sort.  Cole really enjoyed playing on those!  He did every ride he could with us and never seemed to be scared by anything (including pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion...of course as we left the haunted Mansion, Cole singed "hurt" + "head"...hmmm maybe that wasn't the best ride for him).  On the last day, we had him take some pictures with Ballou and a monkey (can't remember his name).  Anyway, Cole LOVED IT!  He could not get enough of the bear and monkey--he kept signing BEAR and MONKEY.  He blew them kisses and High-Fived them.  He saw me download the pictures and again couldn't keep from 'talking' excitedly about the bear and monkey!

Here are some pictures of our trip.  I'll add more comments as I get a chance.
