We had a family birthday for him on his birthday.
Cole opening his gifts. These are some gifts from Grampa K & Pop Pop.

Cole's "dirt" pie. Chocolate pie with crushed oreos on top. Cole refused to eat it! He said it was mud and dirt!
Several days later (and after much begging), Dad helped Cole build a car. Nick had gotten him a tool set (goggles, hammer, apron) and a toy car kit.
