Veggies

So, this year I decided to purchase a half share in a local farm. It's a Christian run farm that participates in several local ministries. Each week I pick up my portion of the veggies that have been harvested that week. It's been fun to be surprised each week with a new set of produce. The spring vegetables were a little sparse, but this summer I've had a hard time keeping up with the quantities. Here's a picture of what I received at the weekly pickup in mid August. This week, among other things, I got some orange Moroccan egg plants (at least I think that's what they are called). The eggplants look like miniature pumpkins--super cute! Not sure yet how I will fix them.
